FG, states and LGs shared N1.1 trillion allocations in May

The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) says the three tiers of presidency shared N1.14 trillion for Might.

FAAC made this recognized in a communique issued at its June assembly on Monday, June 10, 2024.

The assembly was chaired by Wale Edun, minister of finance and coordinating minister of the economic system.

The communiqué confirmed that the N1.143 trillion whole distributable income comprised distributable statutory income of N 157.183 billion, distributable Worth Added Tax (VAT) income of N463.425 billion, Digital Cash Switch Levy (EMTL) income of N15.146 billion and Change Distinction income of N507.456 billion.    

 The entire deduction for value of assortment was N76.647 billion whereas whole transfers, interventions, and refunds had been N1,104.935 billion.   

Gross statutory income of N1.223 trillion was acquired in Might.

 This was decrease than the sum of N1.233 trillion acquired within the previous month of April
