The Bauchi State Commissioner of Native Authorities and Chieftaincy Affairs, Ahmad Jalam, is useless.
Jalam died in an accident that occurred alongside Bauchi-Jalam expressway in Bauchi on Saturday, June 1, 2024.
This was confirmed in an announcement issued on Sunday morning, by the Bauchi State governor, Bala Mohammed.
The governor described the deceased as a devoted public servant.
Mohammed stated Jalam’s dedication to the event and well-being of his native communities was unwavering.
He prolonged his condolences to the members of the late commissioner’s household and the individuals of the state.
He additionally prayed that the “Almighty Allah forgive Jalam’s shortcomings and grant him everlasting relaxation”.
The governor added that the late commissioner is survived by wives and plenty of kids.
“Throughout his lifetime, he championed quite a few initiatives aimed toward enhancing good governance and group relations.
“Late Ahmed Jalam was recognized for his tireless work, integrity, and compassion for the individuals he served and his service will probably be remembered and cherished by all.
“His demise is deeply felt by all and the numerous people whose lives he touched throughout his lifetime,” the governor stated.
The assertion stated the burial (Janaza) will happen on the deceased’s hometown in Jalam, Dambam Native Authorities Space by 11 am, on Sunday.
