Governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf, has banned all public demonstrations inside the state, and has directed safety forces to arrest any people concerned in such actions.

That is contained in an announcement by his Director-Normal, Media and Publicity, Sanusi Tofa, on Wednesday in Kano.
