In a viral video sighted by our correspondent policemen have been seen on floor however they didn’t try to disperse the protesters.

Recall that Bayero was deposed on Thursday after Abba Yusuf, the Kano governor, signed a brand new regulation that repealed the Emirate Council Regulation 2019.

The 2019 laws balkanised the Kano emirate into 5 jurisdictions and supplied grounds for the dethronement of Muhammadu Sanusi in 2020.
